What you'll learn in this Caribbean cooking class: Learn to create a tropical menu in the middle of New York City,
To whet your appetite, you’ll be attending an interactive, entertaining, and intoxicating evening (think dinner party meets cooking class) our classes include a 4-course dinner, and a choice of red or white wine.
Menu you'll be making Jamaican (app)  a chef Troy Signure Green Plantain Chips and Ackee Dip and a spicy garlic tofu bite w/scotch bonnet aioli (entrée) Herb Crusted salmon with a Mango Jackfruit Slaw and a Roasted Garlic Rosemary Mashed Potatoes (Dessert) Jamaican Coconut rum bread pudding See you in Jamaica.
This cooking class is taught in A Beautful Culinary Studio in
Brooklyn NY  by Chef Troy a professional chef. Class starts in the dining room, where you meet the chef and your classmates to discuss the menu and how to prepare it. Then you don aprons and, under the chef’s watchful eye and with his help, if needed, you prepare your ingredients.
Prep finished, it's time to move to the kitchen to cook. (Remember: You are working in a professional kitchen—Previous students find this exciting and instructive.) When you have finished cooking, it’s time to gather around your table in the dining room for wine and tasty food cooked by you.
No need to bring anything but your hunger for good authentic food and your thirst for knowledge.
